Supriyanto has 20 years of experience in IT Operation and Infrastructure with multiple company financial services and telecommunication provider. He is currently managing the service level, access management, data center, batch process, capacity and performance within the organisation. He managed to convert physical server to vitualisation, upgrade AS400 for Core Banking systems and build new data center.
His has prior experiences in PT. Direct Vision, Bank Syariah Indonesia, PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa and Bank Universal. His experience and current specialties include the fields of IT Infrastructure, data center operations and service delivery. His technical skills lies within the expertise of hardware and software related IT Infrastructure such as Database, Security System, EDC, etc.
Oscar Darmawan co-founded Bitcoin Indonesia, the largest bitcoin exchange in Indonesia that facilitates cryptocurrency trading for more than 110,000 registered members. In the past three years,Oscar has been focusing on building the bitcoin ecosystem in Indonesia. He is the author of Bitcoin – Mata Uang Digital Dunia (Bitcoin – Digital Currency of the World, a bitcoin introductory book). Acting as the co-founder and CEO of Bitcoin Indonesia, he is in charge of the operations, strategy, and public relations of the company.
Prior to founding Bitcoin Indonesia, Oscar spent over eight years in the IT industry servicing both military and corporate clients. His early career started with a Singapore-based IT company that handles many crucial projects for the Singapore government.
Based on his technological and business experiences, he later started his own IT companies in Indonesia to support many projects for government agencies and private enterprises.
Oscar graduated from Monash University in 2006 with double degree in Information Technology and Information System.

He is the Senior Vice President, Head of IT Governance & Risk Management, PT. Commonwealth Bank, subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank Australia.
He graduated from Magister Teknologi Informasi, Universitas Indonesia with cum laude certificate. He also attended several professional courses in Information Technology, Corporate Finance, Audit and Risk Management.
He was awarded the Champion of Smart Banker Competition in CIMB Niaga in 2010 and possesses some prestigious professional certification including Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information System Manager (CISM) from ISACA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from IIA and Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2.

Muhammad Neil El Himam

Indonesian Agency for Creative Economy (BERKAF)
Muhammad Neil El Himam works for the Indonesia Agency for Creative Economy (BEKRAF) as the Director for ICT Infrastructure. He is responsible for ensuring access to ICT infrastructure for the 16 creative economy subsectors in Indonesia, including IT applications. His tasks include coordinating with other ministries responsible for providing ICT infrastructure, local government and creative communities needing access to ICT infrastructure.
Prior to working at BEKRAF, Neil was the Deputy Director for Investigation and Law Enforcement at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Republic of Indonesia, responsible for investigating cybercrimes and enforcing government IT regulations based on the Electronic Information and Transaction (EIT) Law No.11 year 2008. In 2015 Neil helped to establish the Indonesian Digital Forensics Association and sits as a member of the expert panel. Neil is active member in the national Technical Committee on IT standardization since 2011.
Neil was involved in the development of several government regulations pertaining to electronic information and transaction, Internet domain name, e-commerce, e-money, data center, and information security. Neil has been also active as an expert in several United Nation and other International meetings such as UNCITRAL Working Group meeting on Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), UNODC Open-ended intergovernmental expert group meeting to conduct a comprehensive study of the problem of cybercrime, ITU-T Global Standard Initiative meetings on Internet of Things (IoT), and ICANN meetings.

Prashant is the Chief Strategy & Digital Services Officer at Indosat, where he has been since July 2011. Previously Prashant has held various positions including Head of 3G Business, Reliance Communications, India from May 2010
to June 2011, Head of Corporate Strategy Reliance Communication, India from April 2008 to June 2011 and Partner in Spectrum Value Partners, London from September 2000 to March 2008. Prashant is an MBA from the India Institute Management (IIM) and Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (ITT).
Prashant drives strategy formulation, planning, KPI and performance management and subsidiary management as part of his strategy role. As head of new business, he leads the fibre to the home residential broadband and Pay-TV business at Indosat. As the head of the Digital Business, Prashant has set up and leads the mobile financial services, mobile advertising and e-Commerce businesses at Indosat. He is also responsible for Indosat’s venturing initiatives – including the accelerator, IdeaBox, and the Softbank-Alibaba-Indosat Venture Capital (VC) Fund.
David Low Jia Wei

David Low is a multi-award winning Data Scientist with Infocomm Development Authority, Singapore. His recent works focus on predictive modelling, spatial-temporal analysis, recommendation system and large-scale graph analytics. In the past 5 years, David has engaged in data science projects ranging from Manufacturing, Telco, E-commerce and Insurance industry. Some of his data science projects including sales forecast modeling and influencer detection had won him awards in several competitions and was highlighted on IDA and National University of Singapore website. Kris is the CTO at The Jakarta Post for more than one year. He previously worked as CTO at U Connectivity Services for two years building the first integrated digital signage in Indonesia. He used and combined hardware and web technologies to create the integration and easily control the digital signage from practically anywhere around
the world. He is also one of the first Indonesian who joined a crowd-research initiative from Stanford and help build the first version of Daemo: A Self-Governed Crowd-sourcing Marketplace.
His responsibilities includes (but not limited to) managing product development, doing research on new products, working side by side with HR to recruit new hires and always communicate to all departments to ensure that everyone is using the right technology. Wilbertus has more than 20 years in IT of automotive industry, 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers industry, from manufacturer to sales distribution, from technical engineer to management level. Pulse Lab Jakartaa
Jonggun Lee is the data scientist and the research lead at Pulse Lab Jakarta, one of the three research labs of United Nations Global Pulse, which is an innovation initiative of UN Secretary-General on data revolution for sustainable development and humanitarian action, harnessing new digital data to better protect vulnerable population around the world. He leads a number of research projects analysing various big data such as social media, mobile data, satellite imagery, transportation data, and financial data, combining with small data.
Before joining Pulse Lab Jakarta, he worked for Orange Labs (France Telecom R&D) in France and Ericsson research lab in Ireland, as a postdoctoral researcher and a senior researcher/data mining expert, respectively, applying various data analytics and mining methods to reveal hidden patterns from complex data sets from mobile networks.
He is a frequent speaker at various venues organised by public sector, private sector, and academia and a member of Global Working Group of Big Data for Official Statistics by UN Statistics Division. He received his PhD at Université Pierre et Marie Curie in France on statistical modelling of user behaviours in social networks.

Agus has more than 15 years of experience as a data analytics professional. He graduated from statistics background, and has handled many projects in Media, Research and Marketing Consultants, Automotive Industry, Financial Industries (Banking, and Insurances) and now in Telco Industry (Telkom Indonesia). Not only is he very knowledgeable in data analytics and big data in strategy and concept, but he also has experience in the implementation of data analytics for decision making and e-commerce strategy in many tactical functions such as CRM (cross-sell, up-sell, and add-on), customer value management (CVM), Tactical data analytics, building predictive model, sales and marketing, operation network analytics, Human Capital Management, and Risk Scoring or Model / Management.
He is now given the responsibility as Head of Big Data Analytics (Data Scientist) of PT. Telkom Indonesia. Prior to this position, Agus had held various senior positions with PT. Infomedia Nusantara, Astra International, and PT Media Indonesia, among others.
