ABOUT THE TRAINERS

ADRIAN KOH, HEAD OF ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH, CXS INTERNATIONAL

Adrian is the current Head of Organisational Development and Research for CXS.  With a background in Organisational Psychology, he has consulted with organisations, both private and public, on areas of leadership and team development, talent acquisition and development. Some of his clients include TalentCorp, MDEC, Heineken Asia Pacific, DBS Bank, and Boston Scientific. Lastly, Adrian is also an associate lecturer with Singapore University of Social Sciences, where he teaches on psychology related subjects such as Research Methods and Organisational Psychology.

Connor the Renewer

CONNOR CLARK-LINDH, HEAD OF HR ANALYTICS, CXS INTERNATIONAL

Connor works as the Head of HR Analytics for CXS. He has more than 10 years experience across a range of HR and Recruitment related projects. Connor leverages his experience in the HR domain and exposure to data science to provide solutions to organisations related to their real situation based on the data, market best practice and evidence based decision making. Connor has a double degree in Environmental Studies and Journalism and minors in Math and Japanese. Connor is also a cofounder of a Social Enterprise called Disruptive Outcomes LLP where he advises companies on matters related to HR, Recruitment and Business.
