BIG DATA AND CEM SUMMIT INDONESIA 2015

The Big Data and CEM Summit is part of the Big Data World Show initiatives to branch into the Indonesia market. This is the event’s first appearance in Indonesia and was very well received by close to 100 attendees. With speakers coming from Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, attendees were given the opportunity to study case studies from neighbouring countries. This two-day conference played a role in collecting, managing and storing huge volume of data from across different customer touchpoints and generating value out of it. The number of companies that are fully committed to big data analytics approaches are rapidly increasing as industries continue to evolve in Indonesia.
